Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We need a Sales Development Representative who works with our star Account Managers to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule initial meetings and presentations. The right candidate must be able and motivated to pick up the phone and make a lot of calls, 30+ customer contacts per day are required. Any background in telesales selling software solutions and setting appointments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities.
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources
  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals
  • Set appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales

Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience in similar roles
  • Basic knowledge in prospecting via phone, email, chat and social networks in a sales environment
  • Basic knowledge in one or more of: cloud software, enterprise software, or technology for business preferred
  • Experience in direct, inside sales or outside sales for enterprise software preferred
  • Tech-savvy (skilled with technologies and software use/navigation)
  • English and Spanish
