Content Manager

Simplifying day-to-day activities for school administrators, teachers and students helping all to become more efficient and highly engaged, combining a social network workflow with a robust set of tools to manage education, communication, sales and administration along with a complete set of reports and analytics.
The Role:
As a Content Manager you will join our amazing Marketing team. Your mission will be the creation and follow-up of our web content in order to make sure we maintain product and brand consistency aligned with our marketing goals. You will work to position our website as the reference to support Classlife leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will develop new content about education in our website. You will update and optimize existing content to improve the quality of the information and the user experience.
- Design and develop content marketing strategies (social media, email marketing, etc.). in order to increase brand awareness and the online presence of Classlife.
- Product features: Create and manage content documentation that support staff and clients can use to troubleshoot and solve issues called in by Classlife.
- Be a liaison between Classlife users and our Customer success team to address any trends/issues with the platform and continuously improve the effectiveness of our content knowledge documentation
- Content optimization for SEO. You will follow the SEO position of Classlife closely. You take action to improve the position.
Requirements:
- You have excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English and Spanish.
- You have experience with content management and/or web marketing and you have a passion for SEO.
- You are interested in the education sector; experience in this field is a plus.
- You’re creative, self motivated and organized.
- You have the ability to deliver creative web content (text, image and video)
- Basic knowledge of HTML or the management of a CMS like WordPress is a plus.
- You are an excellent team player.
